Why Choose the Japanese Floral Motif Floor Cushion

  • Each piece is made to order by skilled artisans, allowing not only standard shapes and colors but also fully customized designs tailored to you. Built for long-lasting durability, it uses the same premium fabric as high-end chairs. If you have preferred materials or fabrics in mind, please feel free to consult with us.

  • The fabric features vibrant chirimen crepe, a traditional Japanese textile. Chirimen is woven by alternating S-twist and Z-twist silk threads in the warp and weft, creating a distinctive textured surface with gentle undulations. It is widely known as one of the most iconic weaves used for kimono fabrics. The base is crafted from solid wood, ensuring lasting shape and preventing deformation over time.

How long does shipping take?

We offer two product categories, each with different shipping timelines:

Is there a warranty period?

Our products come with a one-year warranty.

All of the furniture we offer is crafted in factories within Japan and meets high-quality standards. In the unlikely event of an initial defect or manufacturing issue, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery. After reviewing the situation, we will provide free repair or replacement.

Please note that damage from customer use, stains, natural aging, or misuse is not covered under the warranty.

What kinds of customization are possible?

Our company is based in Okawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture, a region in Japan renowned for its furniture craftsmanship. We can accommodate a wide range of custom requests, including changes to size, wood type, or even fully custom-made orders.

Can I place multiple orders?

Multiple orders are possible. If you would like them shipped together, please place your orders simultaneously. (If you place separate orders but contact us by email, we can also arrange combined shipping.)

Do you have a physical store?

We have a showroom and office in Okawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture, one of Japan’s leading furniture-producing regions. Wood samples are available, but please note that not all products are on display.

If you contact us in advance, we can prepare the items you wish to see. Factory tours are also available upon request (advance reservation required).

Opening Hours: Weekdays 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Closed: New Year holidays, Obon, special events, private bookings, Saturdays, and Sundays
