Shipping Origin
All items are shipped from our warehouse in Okawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. Some products may ship via our international hub in Osaka, so the shipping label may list Osaka as the origin.
Shipping Fees
Shipping from our warehouse to your home is included in the product price. However, any taxes or fees incurred locally at the delivery destination are your responsibility.
Delivery Timeframes
We offer the following types of product categories with different shipping schedules:
1. In-stock items: Ships within 1–2 weeks
2. Out-of-stock items: Ships once manufacturing is complete (please contact us for availability)
3. Made-to-order items: Ships within 1–2 months
Note:
• Orders placed during holidays or extended breaks (e.g., New Year, Golden Week) may take longer to process.
• Delivery may also be delayed due to unforeseen events such as severe weather, natural disasters, or courier disruptions.
Delivery Carriers
• We ship via UPS (Worldwide Express Saver®), DHL (Express Worldwide), and EMS (Japan Post).
• Products are delivered to your front door.
• If you require in-home delivery or assembly, a separate quote from a third-party service will be needed.
Undeliverable Items
If delivery fails due to reasons such as an incorrect address, unclaimed packages, or unpaid local taxes, we reserve the right to retrieve the item. In such cases, all return shipping costs will be your responsibility. We also reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion.
Customs Duties & Local Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other local fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Important Notice For U.S. Shipping:
Effective from 8/29, the de minimis rule in the U.S. has been abolished. This means that customs duties will now apply to all products, including those valued below $800. Please be aware of this change when making your purchase.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact us via email before the shipping confirmation is sent. If you cancel after the shipping confirmation, round-trip shipping fees will be your responsibility. Cancellations due to personal reasons after delivery will also incur round-trip shipping costs.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your item has shipped (from either our central warehouse or our Osaka base), we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email. You’ll be able to track your order directly from that email.
Important Notes
In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed or disrupted due to unexpected events, such as disputes or global pandemics. If this occurs, we will work closely with you to find a fair and timely resolution.
In compliance with U.S. and international regulations, we do not undervalue products or mark shipments as "gifts."
