Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition — unused or unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Please contact us via email to initiate your return request.

Return Shipping Fees

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product), we will cover the shipping costs.
• If the return is due to customer preference or circumstances, you will be responsible for both the original and return shipping costs.

How to Return an Item

To start your return, please email us at info@okawakagu.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please return items via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or your local postal service.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued minus any shipping fees incurred. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Exceptions – Items Not Eligible for Return

• Used or worn items
• Items with opened or discarded packaging
• Custom or made-to-order items

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, please get in touch with us right away. We’ll assess the issue and arrange an exchange or return as needed.To help us process the carrier’s compensation claim smoothly, we kindly ask for your cooperation in providing the following photos:
・Photos showing the damage to the outer packaging (any visible external impact)
・Photos showing the internal packaging (how the cushioning materials and item were arranged)
・Photos showing the condition of the damaged itemThe more photos you can provide, the more smoothly the carrier’s compensation assessment will proceed. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation.

Important Note

If customs duties or taxes are left unpaid and the item is returned to us, the return will be canceled, and you will be responsible for the actual return shipping cost.
