During this period:

As this is the busiest time of year for logistics in Japan, we recommend placing your order as early as possible if you wish to receive your items before the holiday.

Q1. Why is the holiday period so long in Japan?
A. New Year (“Shogatsu”) is the most important holiday in Japan, and many companies close for a full week.
Q2. Can I still place an order during the holiday?
A. Yes. But shipping and support will start again after January 5.
Q3. When will my order ship?
A. Processing begins on January 5.
Q4. Will shipping be delayed in December?
A. Yes. December is peak season for carriers like Japan Post, UPS, and DHL.
Q5. I need my order urgently. What should I do?
A. Please contact us before ordering. We will confirm stock and shipping options.
Q6. Will customer service reply during the holiday?
A. No. Replies resume on January 5.
Q7. Are there other long holiday periods in Japan?
A. Golden Week (late April–early May) is also busy.
