New Japanese Furniture We Selected at the Okawa Furniture Exhibition

In January, we visited the Okawa Furniture Exhibition in Japan. We walked through many booths, inspected pieces in person, touched materials, and spoke directly with makers. From what we saw, we selected several new items that we genuinely feel confident introducing.
1) Lift-Top Coffee Table (Two Heights)
A low coffee table is great for relaxing, but it can be inconvenient when you want to work or eat. This lift-top design solves that by switching between two heights depending on the moment.

2) Compact Multi-Drawer Storage Chest
This compact chest is a rare, easy-to-place size—perfect for organizing small items without taking up much space. We heard many comments at the venue saying this size is surprisingly hard to find.

3) “Eshiria” Slatted Oak Display Storage Series
The most positive reactions at the exhibition came from this series. The slatted oak front gives it a strong furniture presence—storage that also elevates the room.

5) Slim Book Shelves (Low / High)
